Традиционалисти постоје и у Европи, Сједињеним државама, у исламском свету (пре свега у Ирану и Турској), у Кини, Индији, Латинској Америци и Африци, и они деле исте ставове. А, очигледно је и да огромна већина не дели такве ставове. И не чуди чињеница да је то тако. У ово доба, већина и треба да буде под хипнозом Антихриста (глобализам, либерализам, онтологија усмерена ка објекту, вештачка интелигенција, итд). Срећан сам да постоје људи, покрети, а понекад и првокласне политичке вође, који заступају визију Традиционализма – било да то чине делимично, прагматично или – што је реткост – у потпуности. Знам да таквих људи има и у Сједињеним државама – пре свега међу онима који подржавају Трампа. То ме чини задовољним. А, тако би и требало да буде: Последња битка се неће одвијати унутар националних граница. То ће бити догађај читавог човечанства, читаве људске историје. Сопство Dasein-a ће се борити против сопства das Man (као неаутентичног облика постојања Dasein), како би се одговорило на питање: “Бити или не бити? ” Ту је линија раздвајања. Ово није питање старих идеологија (Либерализма, комунизма или фашизма), нити се ради о рату између народа, вера, “раса” и цивилизација. Ради се Вечности против Времена, о Апсолуту против Релативног које се претвара да је апсолутно. Ради се о Платону и Хајдегеру-Генону против Епикура, Декарта и Попера. Ради се Светом против Профаног. То је Средњи век за који се залажем: вечити Средњи век у вечитој борби против Доба модернизма. То је Четврта политичка теорија – нити комунизам, нити фашизам. Снажно одбацујем те ствари које ни не признајем и које одбацујем и формално и неформално (расизам, национализам, империјализам, колонијализам, ксенофобију, итд). Истовремено ме се може сматрати бранитељем и адвокатом Традиционализма, Конзервативне револуције и Повратка Средњег века (“Нови Средњи век” је била теза руског верског филозофа Николаја Берђајева). Encore réticents à faire confiance à des voix féminines originales, certains grands studios ont choisi ces dernières années d'investir dans des projets de gender-swap, un genre en pleine expansion consistant à transposer des rôles féminins dans un récit masculin. C'était le cas d' Ocean's 8, une adaptation du Ocean's Eleven de Steven Soderbergh qui, malgré son casting alléchant, manquait de cohérence et semblait n'avoir rien compris à ce qu'un public féminin pouvait vouloir. Une équipe de femmes réalisent le casse du siècle? Faisons-leur dérober les bijoux du Met Gala en talons aiguilles et tenue de soirée. En 2016, le S. O. S. Pourtant c'est un chiffre en hausse. «Les Quatre filles du Docteur March», le retour Quand il a été annoncé que Greta Gerwig, actrice et réalisatrice indé, allait adapter Les Quatre filles du docteur March pour Sony, un enthousiasme mêlé de crainte était donc palpable. Allait-elle avoir les mains libres? Qu'y avait-il de nouveau à puiser dans cette histoire déjà racontée six fois au cinéma? Surtout, la machine hollywoodienne allait-elle encore une fois ternir un récit féminin, le vider de sa substance pour le rendre digestible par la masse? La réponse, apparue très clairement à la sortie du film, c'est qu'on aurait dû faire confiance à Greta Gerwig. Et que la jeune réalisatrice a peut-être créé la meilleure adaptation du roman qui existe. Chaque génération de femmes a droit à sa version des Quatre Filles du Docteur March, un récit aux quatre héroïnes archétypales qui offre une grande possibilité d'identification (avant de savoir si on était une Carrie ou une Miranda, on s'est demandé si on était une Jo ou une Beth). Mais avec sa structure inédite, la scénariste appuie un peu plus sur certains thèmes, déterre certaines citations du livre jusqu'alors oubliées, et transcende l'œuvre de Louisa May Alcott pour mieux en extraire l'essence féministe. Pour beaucoup de fans, Les Quatre filles du docteur March a toujours été une œuvre réconfortante, diffusée en boucle en période de fêtes et enveloppant le spectateur dans son univers comme une couverture moelleuse. Le film de Greta Gerwig remplit admirablement ce cahier des charges. Mais c'est aussi, comme elle le résume, «une histoire d'art, de femmes et d'argent» (tiens, ça nous rappelle quelque chose). Quant à la douce Beth, sa santé faiblit trop tôt pour qu'elle ait pu nourrir de grandes ambitions, mais lorsque le montage associe une image de la jeune femme face à son piano avec les applaudissements d'un théâtre (celui auquel se rend Jo dans la scène suivante), on sent son cœur se serrer. Circonscrites à la sphère domestique, ces quatre femmes n'en nourrissent pas moins des rêves de gloire et d'accomplissement, chacune à leur manière. Des héroïnes complexes et nuancées À chaque tournant du film, le peu d'options réservées aux héroines est souligné. Le mariage, sans cesse mentionné par la lugubre tante March (qui précise que la seule raison pour laquelle elle n'est pas mariée, c'est qu'elle est riche), représente une menace plus qu'une promesse. La meilleure articulation de ce thème est d'ailleurs prononcée par Amy, lorsqu'elle explique à Laurie que le mariage est un arrangement financier comme un autre. Cette scène est tirée du livre, mais la scénariste l'a renforcée, en y ajoutant des éléments légaux: si Amy gagnait son propre argent, il deviendrait dans tous les cas la propriété de son mari, tout comme les enfants qu'ils pourraient avoir ensemble. En quelques mots, Greta Gerwig nous rappelle les étroites limites de la vie d'une femme de l'époque. C'est aussi cette scène qui achève de rendre Amy bien plus fascinante que les adaptations précédentes. Souvent considérée comme le personnage le plus antipathique, elle est ici réhabilitée grâce à l'écriture et à la performance exceptionnelle de Florence Pugh. Sous la plume de Gerwig et Alcott, tous les personnages bénéficient de la même complexité, comme quand Marmee, la mère chaleureuse et éternellement souriante incarnée par Laura Dern, rappelle à sa fille qu'elle est «en colère presque chaque jour de ma vie». Quant à Jo, elle livre un des plus beaux moments du film, avec une scène déchirante où elle se demande si elle a bien fait de refuser les avances de Laurie. C'est le discours que vous avez vu dans les bandes-annonces, et que vous verrez peut-être projeté sur la scène des Oscars en février si Saoirse Ronan y est nommée: «Les femmes ont un esprit et une âme, et pas uniquement un cœur. Elles sont ambitieuses et talentueuses, et pas uniquement belles. J'en ai tellement marre d'entendre que le seul objectif d'une femme est de trouver l'amour. » La citation, issue d'un autre livre de Louisa May Alcott, s'arrête là. Mais dans son scénario, Greta Gerwig y ajoute une dernière phrase: «Mais je me sens tellement seule. » Là où d'autres projets se contentent d'un féminisme girl power creux et simpliste, la cinéaste complexifie les sentiments de Jo, et montre que son désir d'autonomie a un coût. Une fin radicale Mais tout ça n'est rien comparé au choix d'adaptation le plus audacieux du film. Progressivement, Greta Gerwig mêle le destin de Jo à celui de sa véritable autrice, Louisa May Alcott, qui n'a jamais eu d'enfant et ne s'est jamais mariée. Un des pires aspects du bouquin et de ses adaptations successives est sa fin: Jo, qui a toujours eu un désir féroce d'indépendance et juré qu'elle ne finirait pas mariée… se marie. Pas à Laurie, avec qui elle entretient un rapport complice, mais à Friedrich Bhaer, un professeur plus âgé et aussi fade qu'une vieille chaussette. Si cette fin paraît incongrue, c'est volontaire: après la publication de son roman, Louisa May Alcott a raconté dans ses correspondances qu'elle s'était sentie obligée de marier son héroïne pour répondre aux attentes sociétales de l'époque: «Je n'osais pas refuser, alors par malice, je lui ai confectionné cette relation étrange. » Dans le film de 2020, Friedrich Bhaer est incarné par le charmant Louis Garrel, un choix de casting judicieux qui élimine (un peu) la question gênante de la différence d'âge. Greta Gerwig does it again! After making an exceptional debut as a writer and director with the uplifting Lady Bird, she presents not only a faithful adaptation of the beloved novel, she captures the essence of relationships, family, and love.
The screenplay is structured in a non-linear style; the narrative intercuts between the winter of 1861 and the fall of 1868. However, the film embodies a pleasing rhythm and fluidity, that the scenes intercut subtly. The winter of 1861 has golden and warm color pallet; while the fall of 1868 accomplishes a grim look with a gray color pallet. Nick Houy's editing beautifully accentuates the non-linear screenplay with motivated cuts, and tremendous visual cues that leave a profoundly powerful impact. Greta Gerwig's sense of staging and blocking a scene is just fantastic. She keeps the consistency and rhythm of her screenplay by pulling the best out of each actor; as well as creating a symphony of sounds with overlapping dialogue. The overlapping dialogue represents the wholesome spirit of the March family. Greta Gerwig captures both the happiness and sorrows that the March family experiences in the classic Louisa May Alcott narrative with sensitivity and compassion. The film embodies this grounded environment, barring the fact that each scene is perfectly staged and designed. The score, by Alexandre Desplat, is as harmonious and compassionate, as the spirit of the March family.
The cast is phenomenal! Each actor gives a very nuanced and thoughtful performance! Saoirse Ronan continues to evolve into a mature and sensitive actress. Her portrayal of the talented and perceptive Jo March is heartening. Her screen presence leaves an everlasting impact of joy and happiness with her portrayal of the free-willed Jo March. Emma Watson is equally brilliant with her compassionate performance as the older sister, Meg March. Florence Pugh portrays Amy with a sincerity that makes her character likable. Her performance as Amy adds another dimension to the characteristic of Amy March. Eliza Scanlen as the youngest sibling of the March family, Beth, beautifully evokes the most emotional moments in the film. Her character is the backbone of Louisa May Alcott's narrative, and she portrays the pillar of support and encouragement she is for Jo. Timothée Chalamet is sincere as Laurie. He makes his presence felt in every scene. Laura Dern as Mrs. March "Marmee" beautifully embodies the warmth, selflessness, and kindness of a mother. Le matin suivant, Amy, bien décidée à se faire pardonner, suit Jo sur un lac où elle est partie patiner avec Laurie. Quand la glace se brise sous les pieds d'Amy, Jo et Laurie la sauvent de la noyade. Cette nuit-là, Jo exprime sa culpabilité envers ce qui est arrivé. M. Laurence invite Beth à venir jouer du piano chez lui, la jeune fille lui rappelant sa propre fille décédée. Laurie rend visite à Amy pour s'excuser de son comportement à la soirée. Plus tard, il lui demande de ne pas épouser Fred Vaughn, qui la courtise, mais lui. Amy s'énerve de toujours passer après Jo, y compris pour Laurie (qu'elle avoue aimer). Elle finit par refuser Fred mais apprend que Laurie est parti pour Londres. Jo ne retourne pas à New-York, espérant à nouveau guérir sa sœur Beth, l'emmenant sur la plage où, quelques années auparavant, elles s'amusaient toutes les quatre en compagnie de Laurie. Beth, consciente de son état, lui fait promettre de continuer à écrire après sa mort. Deuxième flashback: M me March (« Marmee ») reçoit une lettre disant que son mari est tombé malade. Pendant qu'elle est partie le rejoindre, Beth reçoit de M. Laurence un nouveau piano, mais elle contracte la scarlatine en aidant la famille Hummel. Amy, qui n'a jamais été contaminée, est envoyée chez la tante March pour éviter qu'elle ne l'attrape elle aussi. Marmee rentre chez elle en apprenant l'état critique de Beth, mais elle est guérie avant le jour de Noël. Ce jour-là, leur père leur fait la surprise de rentrer lui-aussi. Mais, dans le présent, l'état de Beth empire et, cette fois, elle ne survit pas à la maladie. Pendant ce temps, au moment de quitter la France, Amy avoue à Laurie qu'elle a refusé la demande en mariage de Fred. Ils s'embrassent et se marient en cours de route. Chez les March, on l'apprend à leur retour. Jo et Laurie se mettent d'accord pour rester amis et Jo va déchirer sa lettre d'amour. The mere opening salvo of “ The Informer ” contains nearly enough plot to keep many a lesser shoot-’em-up exercise occupied for an hour or two: Just 10 minutes into Andrea Di Stefano ’s undercover-mission-turned-prison-break-thriller, a family has been set on the run, an FBI bust on a Polish drug cartel has gone tensely awry, a character’s identity has been neatly pulled out from under us, and a cop has been shot dead. Somehow, this impersonal but tightly wound Americanization of a Scandi-crime potboiler then continues escalating its short-of-breath narrative for almost two hours. For all “ The Informer ” lacks in surface style — shot and scored as it is in functional, straight-to-VOD fashion — it remains a surprisingly well-oiled genre machine. Opening Stateside in the January doldrums, several months after a modestly received late-summer bow in the U. K., this sophomore effort from Italian actor-turned-director Di Stefano is — like his Benicio del Toro-starring debut “Escobar: Paradise Lost” — a B-movie of the honest old school, dignified by the canny casting of consummate professionals who get the job done while plainly marking time. In particular, as the requisite timber-jawed man-against-the-system protagonist, Swedish star Joel Kinnaman brings a stern sense of purpose to proceedings. Slathered in tattoos and cracking nary a smile throughout, he’s not an easily sympathetic presence, but his solemn, weight-of-the-world demeanor lends gravity to the film’s otherwise credibility-defying pileup of action setpieces. Loosely adapted from the 2016 novel “Three Minutes” by Swedish crime-writing duo Roslund & Hellström, this largely British-funded production relocates the action from Colombia to a vaguely defined New York City, somewhat streamlining its international tangle of heavies: everyone’s indeterminately American save for the generically villainized Polish drug mafia. After doing time for bar-brawling manslaughter, rough-hewn but good-hearted family man Pete Koslow (Kinnaman) wants a quiet life with his wife (Ana de Armas, her thin role all the more glaring in the wake of her “Knives Out” stardom) and daughter. The FBI has other plans for him, however: In exchange for early parole, he’s made to act as an undercover agent in various seamy, ill-organized narcotics busts. When one goes horribly wrong — in that aforementioned, hopped-up opening act — and a clashing undercover cop is killed, Polish drug lord “the General” (Eugene Lipinski) determines that Pete must take the fall. His returning to prison, meanwhile, suits the Feds, as Pete’s aloof but emotionally invested handler Wilcox (Rosamund Pike) changes tack to bring things down from the inside. Yet corrupt forces from higher up are working against them, as Wilcox’s slithery superior (Clive Owen) threatens to drop the project entirely, while NYPD officer Grens (Common) has his own meddling eye on the case following his colleague’s death. The ensuing tic-tac-toe game of double- and triple-crossings is busy but coherent: the screenplay, co-written by Di Stefano with genre regulars Rowan Joffe (“Before I Go to Sleep”) and Matt Cook (“Patriots Day”) keeps tidy tabs on the shifting stakes of the whole bloody tangle — even if, admittedly, it doesn’t always give us an urgent reason to care whether Pete’s undone by the mafia or the authorities. In the potentially thankless role of a hands-tied FBI drone with limited backup above and below her station, Pike does a lot of the legwork in humanizing this standoff: The role benefits considerably from her pinched-nerve intelligence and cool chemistry with Kinnaman, even if, five years on from her Oscar nod for “Gone Girl, ” she feels a tad overqualified for the assignment. Tech credits are uniformly proficient, if never quite inspired. In its best sequences, notably that nippily edited introductory sting and a prison lockdown soundtracked to a mesmerically blaring alarm, that back-to-basics quality is prickly and effective; elsewhere, particularly in scenes centred on Common’s underdeveloped cop, the film takes on a TV-procedural quality. Still, in the age of franchise blockbuster bloat, there’s much to be said for an efficient B-movie that knows its place and purpose: Di Stefano, rather like his film’s brawny, brusque hero, has his mind on accomplishing the mission with as little flab and fuss as possible. Woody Harrelson is set to replace Jason Statham in Sony’s “The Man From Toronto, ” joining Kevin Hart in the action-comedy, sources confirmed to Variety. Statham was in talks to star opposite Hart, but abruptly backed out a week ago over creative differences, and Sony scrambled to find a new actor. When ex convict Pete coslow gets involved with a shooting of a NYPD cop. He has to go back to prison in order to stop a drug gang from getting away with there crimes. But the lifes of his wife and child is at risk and its up to officer wilcox ( rosamund pike) to help him be reunited with his family. The informer was a good thriller but a flawed film, but still thoroughly entertaining lets get into why this is.
First of all the film did a fantastic job of delivering an incredibly tense tone. The film did a fantastic job with keeping you on the edge of your seat. in fact i think this is up there with the most tense and unsettling films of the year in my opinion. The film just put the audience through so many uncomfortable situations. and with the lack of soundtrack it really helped with the authenticity of the film. Whether it was being attacked in the prison or in my opinion the most uncomfortable scene when the main characters wife and child was being gagged and threatened. Also the violence and gore helped with the entertainment value of the film. But also added to the tense tone and impact of each scene with a heads up some very gory things that were borderline 18 rating in my opinion.
however my first issue is the slow pacing in the first half of the film. In my opinion the first half of the film was very slow and made me lose interest a few times. There was just a lot of filler conversations and standing around that left me needing something to spice the film up and make it more entertaining. But luckily they more then redeemed themselves in the second half of the film where it had a absolutely fantastic final act. They really went all out in the last half of the film to make you care about all of the characters and to keep you on the edge of your seat. With all the action was non stop within the last 30/45 minutes of the film so this more then made up for the first half of the film.
Next i think the informer had a good amount of emotional weight to it. The fact that Joel Kinnamons character. Just wanted to get to his family and the love he showed them really made his character more respected in my opinion. And you related to him a bit more because most people are close to there families so being away from them is hard so everyone could
passively relate to his emotional state with his wife and kid.
Next i think they really portrayed the harsh reality of prison life really well. A lot of films with prisons in can be very tame with what they show maybe due to the age rating but this film. Showed the types of people the horrible conditions that prisoners rightly have to go through so this was just a nice touch to see. However i do have to say that the film was very stereotypical with what type if inhabitants take up prisons. I think having a lot of the prisoners black and to have it split by colour is fairly old fashioned and they should of picked a more diverse group of people.
Now my final two positives would be the fantastic acting was Joel Kinnamon and Rosamund pike. Rosamund pike was fantastic in the cop role. She was clever and did not take no for a answer whilst also having a kind heart and a nag for doing the right thing. And joel Kinnamon showed great diversity in the film. His character had a great blend of intimidation,vulnerability and perseverance and despite maybe not agreeing with some of his actions largely he was a character that you could support.
However i do have to end on my final two negatives. First of all there was next to no character development or depth to most of the characters. Most of the characters were very one dimensional. And Petes wife did next to nothing in the film apart from being Petes motivation she was just a damsel in distress which was a shame considering the films of today with strong female characters. And finally there was some incredibly dislikable characters. Some of joels workmates who killed policemen and threatened his wife and kid were just sick and really made you not like there characters. I know this was the goal but for whatever reason something was off about some of the characters that really made you question the reasoning for them being there in the script.
Overall the informer is a thoroughly entertaining and tense thriller with excellent acting. But is narratively flawed and could used with more developed and likeable characters.

Zombi child trailer. Is GrindOutHouse a genre now. I love him forever. I was at the screening in Seattle. Phenomenal acting, excellent Cinematography, amazing Lighting and epic storytelling with a touch of humor in spite of the fact that it was a horror film. A must watch for any horror / suspense film lover, especially those who grew up in the 70's and 80's.
